Additionally we inform you that user will have two different balances: one (main balance) for using Get-Answer software solution and other one (secondary balance) for any LLM you decided to use. User doesn’t need to pay separately, funds for the subscription will be divided giving credits on secondary balance in the amount corresponding to $4. Note that if you have funds on your secondary balance but your main balance is empty usage of Get-Answer software will be restricted.
Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Services. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. License and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You agree not to:
– Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services.
– Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services.
– Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET-ANSWER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
